Flower Clock

Honoring extraordinary Filipinos around the world, JOE created World Class Filipinos Bloom, a monumental flower clock at the Rizal Park in Manila under the commission of the National Parks Development Committee and the Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. The work salutes exemplary Pinoys who, with their dreams and noble aspirations, bloom every hour, every minute, and every second to change the landscape of the world.
